I believe a well-rested body has the power to heal. My main goal is to relax the muscles so the body can focus on healing. I use mindfulness in every session to help eliminate or lessen pain. I am passionate about learning new techniques and often take new courses to learn new modalities. I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Prenatal Massage.
My other passions are family, hiking, gardening, kayaking, strength training, and pilates.
